Pre-orders

Q: What is a Pre-Order?

A: Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. A pre-order allows you to place advance orders for items that have not yet been released. As part of our crowdfunding efforts to raise funds for production, any pre-orders of the JOTM watch or the combo pack will be offered at a 40% discount on RRP.

This discounted rate will not be offered again after the pre-order period, so you can be guaranteed that you will be purchasing the items at their lowest price.

The pictures and item description for the Pre-Order are for explanation purposes. ALL product images are of real world final prototypes, made to ensure that the designs work. We DO NOT use computer generated images which can be misleading.

Q: How do I get charged for a Pre-order?

A: The funds will be charged immediately based on your payment method and put towards the production total. Should for any reason production is not realised – any and all funds paid will be returned to the customer.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: The pre-order campaign will last a one (1) month, followed by our main crowdfunding efforts, which are scheduled to being in July. Production is planned for September 2018 subject to successful pre-order and crowdfunding campaigns. We are aiming for delivery of pre-orders first followed by other crowdfunded options before year end 2018.

• If you need to change the shipping address for your pre-order or orders, please contact us at sales@maals.co.uk otherwise, we will use your cards billing address to ship your package.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?

A: Of course! If you decide to cancel your order, please email us at sales@maals.co.uk. We will not charge you a fee for cancelling an order

Q: How will pre-orders be handled?

A: All pre-orders will be handled first as soon as the item is released. Subsequent orders outside of the initial pre-order campaign, will be fulfilled next subject to item availability. We promise to keep in contact with customers who have pre-ordered items – unless you’ve asked us not to - to keep you updated on the progress of crowdfunding efforts, when we go to production, production progress and shipping updates.
